All customer data is securely kept on our central database. The database is stored on a private network protected by hardware and software firewalls. Remote updates of individual jobs are accomplished using securely encrypted XML messages transmitted between a client/server application. Our agents only receive the customer data required to perform their duties, any other data supplied is kept securely on our systems.
Our complete end-to-end workflow management system is used for the assignment, production and reconciliation of all visits. This gives us compete visibility of the assignment of work at an agent level and allows us to produce detailed reports on work returned and still current by agent. Incomplete visits are easily identified and, if necessary, re-assigned and reprinted. Our agents are closely managed, in that any agent who does not meet our stringent requirements is no longer used.
