ABM Utility Solutions are fully committed to protecting the security and integrity of all data that we handle. Working on behalf of energy suppliers across the UK means that we have a special responsibility to take care of all data supplied to us.

Customer Data

We do not maintain email lists to sell or exchange with other organisations. We do not share data with any other organisation. We also do not send email newsletters and so do not maintain a list of subscribers. Neither do we solicit customer information on our web site.

The data that the company uses is provided to us by our clients and is solely used for the purposes that we have agreed contractually. All data held by us is on secure servers located in the UK and we regularly audit our systems to ensure the security of our data.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer that store information about the way you use the web sites you visit. Our cookies only hold the bare minimum of information to allow you the best experience of our web site. You are in control of the cookies on your computer; you can turn them off if you wish.

Third Party Services

We do not currently use any third party services like, for example Google Analytics to monitor our web site. We will update this Privacy Notice if we decide to change this.

Further Information – Subject Access Requests

If you believe we are holding personal information about you that you wish to view, amend or delete, you can email our data protection officer, at info@abmus.co.uk. We will acknowledge/respond to data requests or subject access requests within 5 working days and complete the request within one month of the request.
